In addtion, we may obtain your logo and other graphics content in order to personalize your donation request form and email template used to send automated emails on your behalf. As you use the service, information related to donation requests, donations and fundraising campaigns is captured and stored in the Rewarding Donations system.

• To communicate with you
Your contact information helps us to communicate with you regarding your subscription order, customer service requests, and future enhancements and new products and services.
• To communicate on your behalf
Rewarding Donations enables you to communicate with your fundraising partners via email through the Rewarding Donations system. These emails are sent using your business email address as the reply to address.
• To process payments
Rewarding Donations uses trusted third party services to process credit card payments and direct debit charges to checking accounts in order to obtain payment for use of our products and services. This requires us to share payment information with third party payment processors.
• To improve our products and services
We continually strive to improve our products and services based on the information and feedback we receive from you. New product features often result from reviewing how the system is being used and the information is being managed.

Rewarding Donations servers are housed in a dedicated hosting environment, to which only authorized personnel have access.
